These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Shoalhaven Motorcycle Rides (SMR) website.

By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing a product from Shoalhaven Motorcycle Rides, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Shoalhaven Motorcycle Rides

Shoalhaven Motorcycle Rides provides motorcycle-related merchandise and apparel through our online store.

References to “SMR”, “we”, “us” or “our” throughout these Terms & Conditions refer to Shoalhaven Motorcycle Rides.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizing and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, manufacturing processes and printing methods.

Because many of our products are made to order, minor variations between product images and the finished item may occur.

These variations do not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Made-to-Order Products

SMR merchandise is generally made specifically after an order has been placed.

Once your order has entered production, we may be unable to change, cancel or modify it.

Customers are responsible for checking their:

• Product selection

• Size

• Colour

• Design

• Quantity

• Personal details

• Delivery address

before completing checkout.

Because our products are made to order, we do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, incorrect colour selection or other ordering mistakes made by the customer.

This does not limit any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable

• Incorrect pricing has been displayed

• There has been a technical or payment error

• Fraud or unauthorised payment is suspected

• We are unable to fulfil the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without notice.

Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.

Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

SMR does not generally store your complete payment card information directly.

Your use of a third-party payment provider may also be subject to that provider's own terms and conditions.

7. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as estimates only.

Delays may occasionally occur due to couriers, fulfilment providers, manufacturing delays, public holidays, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where an order contains products fulfilled from different locations, items may arrive separately.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Additional postage charges may apply where an item needs to be resent because incorrect delivery information was provided.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

As SMR products are generally made to order, we do not provide refunds or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind or orders the incorrect size, colour or design.

However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where applicable, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where a product fails to meet the consumer guarantees.

Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions, our Shipping Policy or our Refund & Returns Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Product Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing any available sizing information before placing an order.

Sizing can vary between manufacturers, products and clothing styles.

A customer selecting an incorrect size is considered a change-of-mind issue and does not normally qualify for a refund or exchange where the item has been made to order.

This does not apply where a product supplied is materially different from the size or description ordered.

11. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact Shoalhaven Motorcycle Rides and provide:

• Your order number

• Details of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item

• Photographs of packaging where relevant

We may request additional information to assess the issue.

Any remedy will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the SMR name, logos, graphics, designs, photographs, website content and other branding associated with Shoalhaven Motorcycle Rides remain the property of their respective owner.

SMR artwork, designs and branding must not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior permission.

Purchasing an SMR product does not give the purchaser ownership or licensing rights over SMR logos, artwork or designs.

You must not use our website:
